About the Youth Summer Program

Our students work on the Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) campus in departments ranging from radiology, transport, materials management, research labs and more. The program is a paid 6-week, 30 hour-per-week job experience focused on professional development, healthcare career exposure and exploration, community health, and our commitment to providing the highest quality care to every patient who needs us.

"The Youth Summer Program was an incredible experience. I gained valuable exposure to the field of oncology, built new skills, and formed meaningful connections. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to explore the many avenues of healthcare."
