There are a number of services and amenities located right on the Brigham and Women’s Hospital campus, including:
ATM Machines
ATM machines are located behind the stairs in the main lobby at 75 Francis Street and in the lobby at 45 Francis Street. Banks include: Citizens Bank, Bank of America and RTN Federal Credit Union.
A Bank of America ATM machine is also located on the 1st floor of the Shapiro Cardiovascular Center.
Business Center
The Brigham and Women’s Hospital Business Center is available to patients’ families and visitors. Located in the Family Liaison Waiting Area, the business center is available to patient’s families and visitors; the center has telephones, a fax and a copy machine. In addition, computers with internet access and printers are available in the Kessler Health Education Library.
Gardens and Outdoor Spaces
If you are looking to get some fresh air, Brigham and Women’s Hospital offers two outdoor spaces: The located outside the 15 Francis Street entrance, is a landscaped area with outdoor benches, and the at Shattuck Street has outdoor seating and is located at the back entrance of the 75 Francis Street main lobby.
Gift and Flower Shop
The offers a large selection of get-well gifts, snacks and beverages, fresh flowers, convenience items, Brigham and Women’s branded merchandise, and more! Purchases can be made in person at the gift shop, online, or by phone.

In-hospital Dining and Food Delivery
There are several in-hospital dining options, whether you are looking for just a snack or a meal. In addition, several local restaurants offer food delivery to the main hospital building.
Lactation Suite
A freestanding lactation suite is available for use in the waiting area of the Center for Women and Newborns, a public space adjacent to the main lobby on the first floor of 75 Francis Street. The suite offers a safe, private and convenient space for nursing moms to breastfeed and pump breast milk. The suite is wheelchair accessible, equipped with a hospital-grade breast pump, has two comfortable benches, a fold-down table, power outlets, and a door that can be locked for privacy.
