Men鈥檚 Sexual Health

Male sexual health concerns are common and increase with age and following treatment for serious conditions such as prostate cancer. The Men鈥檚 Sexual Health Clinic at Brigham and Women鈥檚 Hospital (BWH) takes a sensitive and proactive approach to helping men with problems related to sexuality and desire and reproduction, including erectile dysfunction (ED) and infertility. We also specialize in performing vasectomies and reversals, as well as treating Peyronie鈥檚 disease.

Under the direction of board-certified and fellowship-trained urologist Michael O鈥橪eary, MD, named a top urologist by Boston Magazine, our Clinic鈥檚 medical team evaluates each patient鈥檚 condition and develops a customized treatment plan. Treatment may include medications, injection therapy or surgical intervention. Following the Clinic鈥檚 involvement in recent clinical trials, BWH became one of the first hospitals to use a promising penile injection drug for ED. We are also a leader in penile implant surgery, performing more than 50 penile prosthesis implants each year. The Men鈥檚 Sexual Health Clinic is dedicated to helping patients regain sexual function and confidence so they can maintain a satisfying sex life at any age.

Our urology practice consists of board-certified urologic surgeons and a supportive clinical and administrative staff who work as one cohesive team to provide the best possible care for each patient. In addition, patients have full access to BWH鈥檚 world-renowned academic medical center in Boston with its multidisciplinary specialists and state-of-the-art facilities.
